María Zardoya’s Not for Radio today releases a brand new EP, Bloom, marking her first project since the debut album Melt in October.
The EP encompasses three captivating tracks – ‘Kitten,’ ‘Ache,’ and ‘Living Room’, all of which María brought to life during her special surprise set at Coachella last weekend.
Today, María sets out on her highly anticipated debut European and UK tour in support for ‘Not for Radio,’ a limited run stopping in London, Paris, Milan, and Antwerp. The dates follow her mesmerizing, sold-out US run dubbed ‘winter in the garden,’ where additional shows were added across all locations due to demand.
Not for Radio marks a bold new chapter for Zardoya, offering a raw, introspective counterpoint to her work with The Marías. While the band continues its rise following their 2024 breakthrough Submarine – which earned them a Grammy Best New Artist nomination, reached No. 17 on the Billboard 200, and delivered their first Hot 100 single, “No One Noticed”- Not for Radio asserts a distinct creative identity of its own.
