Independent singer-songwriter Olivia Lunny returns with her highly anticipated new single “breakfast”

The track follows the momentum of Olivia’s sophomore album Velvet & Denim, released last year, and kicks off a new run of music leading into her upcoming EP next spring. With this next chapter, Olivia is leaning into a more colorful, feminine era, embracing a playful and confident sound that reflects her evolution as both a songwriter and artist. “breakfast” was co-written by Olivia alongside Britten Newbill (Olivia Dean, Cat Burns) and Dan D’Lion (Dermot Kennedy, Elderbrook, Little Mix).

The song finds Olivia teasing a man who’s starting to catch feelings and mistake their casual relationship for something more, while she keeps things firmly on her terms (“it’s just breakfast”).
