Snocaps – December Tour Dates

Snocaps, the new band by Allison and Katie Crutchfield that surprise-released their acclaimed debut album last week via ANTI- Records, have announced a tour in support of the album. Artist pre-sale for tickets begins on Wednesday, Nov 5th at 10 am local time (pw: COAST) with general on-sale starting on Friday, Nov 7th at 10 am local time via snocapsband.com/tour.

Snocaps will play this handful of shows at the end of 2025 and then put the project on ice for the foreseeable future, although, as Katie says, “Allison and I have been, in some way, shape or form, doing this together for over 20 years,” so it is practically a given that they will work together on music at some point again in the future.

Snocaps self-titled album is an indie-rock record that recalls Allison’s band Swearin’ and Katie’s early records as Waxahatchee. The project was born out of the twin sisters’ desire to work on music together as they had in their teens and twenties in their legendary band P.S. Eliot. The Crutchfields are backed by friends and close collaborators MJ Lenderman and Brad Cook, who produced and almost entirely engineered the record at Sonic Ranch Studios. All four musicians play multiple instruments across the record.
