Teminne – Room Full Of Men
Teminne’s music rises from the raw beauty of life’s challenges, embodying the transformative power of growth through pain, vulnerability and resilience.
Blending neo-soul, fusion jazz, and progressive R&B, Teminne combines her classical and jazz training into lush, soulful melodies and intricate progressions. A Room Full of Men – her highly anticipated debut EP – showcases assertive, jazz-infused compositions reinforced by stinging, sincere lyrics, and sophisticated arrangements. Together, they create a complex, emotive soundscape that both intrigues and challenges the ear.
Her debut single ‘ROOM FULL OF MEN’ isaccompanied with a mesmerizing 7-min cinematic video clip.
The lyrics bring the reality of those metaphorical “rooms full of men” straight to the surface. With sharp sarcasm, raw power, and immense courage, Teminne exposes traditional power dynamics and completely flips them on their head. The song touches on an experience that many women face as they navigate their artistic lives in male-dominated environments. It shifts between a warm R&B ballad and segments of explosive energy that express the frustration and loneliness of this position. releasing a highly produced, fully realized 7-minute song and music video is an incredibly brave move. But that is exactly who Teminne is, a deeply artistic, bold, and fierce artist.
