Loud Women – Around The World In 58 Days

Around the world in 58 days … 67 different artists, 84 announced festival appearances, four continents and a run stretching from a sold-out festival in Wales to Canada, the USA, Japan and Australia.
International feminist music organisation LOUD WOMEN is heading into an extraordinary final stretch of 2026, with eight festivals across five countries in just 58 days.
Beginning with the first ever LOUD WOMEN Fest Newport on 3 October and ending in Brisbane on 29 November, the run takes in Wales, Canada, the USA, Japan and Australia across four continents.
So far, 67 different artists have been announced across the eight festivals, accounting for 84 festival appearances, with a few special guests still under wraps.
The scale is only part of the story. Each festival is being built with local organisers, artists and music communities, bringing together homegrown acts with bands travelling between cities and countries and connecting DIY scenes that might otherwise never meet.
LOUD WOMEN is proudly trans-inclusive and intersectional feminist, bringing together exciting new artists from across punk, post-punk, alternative rock, grunge, hardcore, indie and beyond, with the odd rapper thrown in for good measure. The international connections are part of the point: Florida trio 1blackfrend and Minneapolis artist emmy woods play Newport, South Korea’s 18Fevers join the Tokyo bill, and Newcastle punks IRKED travel across all three Australian dates, alongside dozens of local and touring artists from scenes around the world.
LOUD WOMEN founder Cassie Fox said:
“We keep saying LOUD WOMEN is an international community, and this is what that actually looks like: a sold-out room in Newport, ten artists in Halifax, bands crossing borders into Toronto and Colorado, our first ever Fest in Asia, then three Australian cities in nine days.
“The point isn’t to parachute the same bill around the world. Every Fest is built with local people and local artists, with some bands travelling in and scenes getting connected along the way. That’s the exciting bit.”
Over the past 11 years, LOUD WOMEN stages and festivals have played host to hundreds of artists, including rising stars such as Nova Twins and Lambrini Girls, while continuing to champion brilliant new bands long before the wider music industry catches up.

LOUD WOMEN is also marking another milestone this autumn with the tenth annual LOUD WOMEN Hercury Award, its independent celebration of albums by women and non-binary-led British and Irish artists. The 2026 winner will be announced on 23 October.
