Stella Lefty – Lean In, Kiss Me
Building on her breakout year, singer-songwriter Stella Lefty releases her new single “Lean In, Kiss Me”, the latest preview of her upcoming debut album Long Way Home arriving on August 21 via Atlantic Outpost.
“Lean In, Kiss Me” embodies the essence of a “friends to lovers” relationship trope and captures the vulnerability and uncertainty of taking a chance on love. The track emphasizes the complex emotions that are paired with the risk of ruining a friendship in pursuit of deepening a relationship. The single arrives after garnering major attention online from fans anticipating its release.
“Lean In, Kiss Me” comes on the heels of hit single “Boston” reaching the top 5 of Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ chart, behind Taylor Swift and Ella Langley, and amassing over 330 million streams. The song has dominated the charts for the last 17 weeks, while gaining at both Country and Pop Radio too. The song also received a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
After making her debut at Lollapalooza last week – a homecoming for the Chicago-born musician who grew up going to the festival – Stella Lefty took the stage to announce her debut album in front of a fully packed crowd of over 12 thousand fans. Elsewhere in the set, she brought out boyfriend and country star Vincent Mason to perform their track “Something To Lose,” which remains in the Top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100 and Top 15 of Billboard Country Songs chart.
Following Stella’s Lollapalooza debut and a string of major festivals, Long Way Home sets the stage for her November headline tour spanning Australia and North America.
