At just 20 years old, Bella Kay is one of the most emotionally resonant new voices in pop and today, releases her debut album My Reckless Abandon, declaring her as one of the most exciting and unmatched songwriters in 2026.
After releasing a series of three-pack songs – a couple minutes out and are you mad at me? – the record, executive produced by Idarose (Becky G, Suki Waterhouse, Joji), follows Bella’s journey to self acceptance and introspection after multiple messy and ‘reckless’ ups and downs. On the introspective focus track “i deserve better.,” the Texas-born singer-songwriter breaks the cycle of a relationship that no longer serves her over cinematic guitar riffs.

The momentum continued with her February 2026 project a couple minutes out, featuring the hit “iloveitiloveitiloveit,” which was certified platinum, earned an American Music Awards nomination for “Song of the Summer,” landed her on the Billboard Hot 100, and has amassed over 493 million streams alongside 3.5 billion views across 1.3 million TikTok creates. The track is currently climbing at pop radio.
Bella’s momentum has translated just as powerfully to the stage. She recently announced The Reckless Tour in North America, with each date already sold out, including stops at Austin City Limits Festival and Yours Always Festival in Salt Lake City. This upcoming tour follows her sold-out North American, European and UK headlining tours earlier this year – further cementing her transition from viral breakout to global touring artist. In November, Bella will join indie-folk powerhouse Noah Kahan as support on his UK and Ireland arena tour, marking her largest performances to date and a major milestone in her ascent. This spring she made her festival debut at The Great Escape and All Things Go and will play Lollapalooza in Chicago this summer.
