MARIS – Losing People
Rising pop artist MARIS releases her new single, “Losing People,” available now on all streaming platforms alongside an official music video. The track is the latest offering from her highly anticipated EP MOSH★PIT, due September 18.
Following the release of fan favorites “Missing Me,” “Body Is On Fire,” and the explosive title track “MOSH★PIT,” “Losing People” showcases a more vulnerable side of MARIS’ songwriting. Anchored by poignant lyrics and soaring pop melodies, the song explores the complicated emotions that come with losing someone you once loved deeply. The accompanying music video visually captures the song’s themes of heartbreak, reflection, and acceptance, bringing another dimension to one of MARIS’ most personal releases to date.
While “Losing People” highlights MARIS’ emotional depth, it remains connected to the larger themes of MOSH★PIT—a project built around community, catharsis, and finding freedom through self-expression. Produced by Dylan Bauld, the EP blends high-energy pop production with storytelling, capturing the highs and lows of young adulthood in real time.
Fresh off her viral MARIS Goes To College Tour, which brought her electrifying live show to campuses across the country, MARIS will take that same energy on the road this fall for MOSH★PIT THE TOUR. Built around connection, release, and pure pop spectacle, the headline run promises the immersive live experience that has quickly become central to her rapidly growing fanbase.
The tour launches October 1 at Polaris Hall in Portland, Oregon, and concludes November 14 at The Echoin Los Angeles. Demand for the tour has already been strong, with MARIS selling out her October 23performance at New York City’s Mercury Lounge during presale. Due to overwhelming demand, a second Mercury Lounge date was immediately added and has also sold out.
