Natanya – CANDYLAND!

London-based artist Natanya returns with her new single, “CANDYLAND!,” following her latest track “DON’T ASK!,” which marked her first release of the year and signaled the beginning of a bold new chapter.

On the high-energy track, Natanya, through her alter ego Feline, commands the song’s four-on-the-floor production while visiting a land of desire—beckoning her love interest, and the world, to taste her candy. Speaking on the single, the singer-songwriter-producer shares, “‘CANDYLAND!’ is an ode to hedonism and reckless abandon.” It’s a fearless invitation to anyone not yet familiar with her music: the party has started.

Expanding on the world surrounding the song, Natanya explains, “There was a time when the WWE dominated TV screens across the world every Monday and Friday night. After a long epoch of sanitisation, a new mixture of mature themes and comic-like character building began a global fascination with wrestling.” Natanya was part of that. Reflecting on her own journey through fame and identity, she asks: “What happens when I embrace my shadow like they did?” Through Feline, she steps into a world that balances sweet-shop fantasy with modern pop darkness, creating a character as magnetic as she is unpredictable.

“CANDYLAND!” arrives on the heels of a prolific run for Natanya.
