Soffel – Even Oceans Fall Apart

Ukrainian-born artist Soffel is back as she announces her new album Even Oceans Fall Apart, following on from a string of teaser singles released throughout the year.

Her first full-length project since her debut MOONLIGHT WHISPERS back in 2025, the artist looks to make a name for herself.
Even Oceans Fall Apart includes the singles “what the future holds”, “hold the glass down”, and “echo.”
Crossing the floor between synth-wave and indie pop, Soffel’s debut produces an emphatic sonic stomp that looks to propel her as an ever-rising creative talent. Leaning into the electronica, Even Oceans Fall Apart sports mesmerising orchestral moments, which bring a textured detail to the clarity of the album. Consisting of fifteen tracks, the new album promises to stand the test of time, with Soffel hoping to climb the ranks.
The album features the previously released teaser single ‘echo’, a warm, synth-laden single that explodes with emotion and authenticity, landing as a brooding anthem that brims with energy. Giving an almost left-field flavour to the limelight, the track matches the forward-thinking nature of Soffel’s artistry.
Speaking about the forthcoming album as a whole, they dive in, “This album is a conceptual exploration of deconstruction, both of a relationship and of the self. I wanted to document the precise moment when the structures we build our lives around begin to crumble. Even Oceans Fall Apart is about the tension between the public mask and private collapse.”
Adding, “It moves from the high-energy irony of social scenes to the stillness of isolation. By blending orchestral arrangements with modern electronics, I aimed to create a sonic landscape where personal loss scales up to a universal level. It is a record about the beauty of the breaking point and the clarity that comes only after everything has fallen apart.”
