Glyders – Moon Eyes
Glyders pull up today with new tour dates and a new single/video on the sweeter side! “Moon Eyes” goes both electric and acoustic to highlight the wistful track, its formal rock ‘n roll elegance recalling the inevitable progression of classic missives like Lookin’ Out My Back Door” and “When I Paint My Masterpiece.” Glyders ‘ down home musings about time and fate (” Think I’m gonna go back home / hold some hands and bring my favorite songs” ) play out with moonlit romance, a lovely acoustic guitar break and a ringing electric one at the coda making the number extra nice. The music video takes the three on a glowing trip to the fire pit directed by Sean Pierce and Karen Schmitz.
Forever hits with the energy of a first album – which it kinda is, now that founders Joshua Condon and Eliza Weber have met their true other, the relentless traps-man Joe Seger . They’ve been dreaming up this sound for ages—over years, with different players, countless shows and many late nights at the tape machine. It’s been a long ride to Forever — but now they’ve arrived in the blink of an eye, and the vibe’s lightning. Drop Forever on the platter on November 21 and get the house party started!
Glyders hit the road next month, starting with two sets at Seattle’s Freakout Fest before stretching the jams well into December for a trip down South. Grab a ticket, bring a friend, and shout Forever !
