She’s Green – Chrysalis
Minneapolis band she’s green are excited to release their first project in over 2 years, Chrysalis, a new EP available everywhere August 15, 2025 via Photo Finish Records.
Arriving with the EP is the official music video for “Little Birds,” which features the band in a serene nature scene as the song builds up to an emotional catharsis.
“We shot the Little Birds video outside the city in rural Wisconsin,” explain she’s green. “We set up instruments in a forest clearing and had a great team to help us get it done. We wanted to really cap off the EP with a performance like this and just have some fun with it.”
Chrysalis includes the previously released singles “Willow”, “Figurines” and “Graze.”
Last month’s single “Willow” offers a glimpse into the band’s soundscape of fluttering dreams, exploring their decaying perspective on nature, accompanied by a stunning music video. “‘Willow’ reflects on our dying relationship with the natural world—a relationship that’s not always loving, but formative nonetheless,” she’s green explains.
