Leonie Persch – Code Blue

German-born, Los Angeles-based pop artist Leonie Persch continues to make waves in the music industry with her second single, “Code Blue.”

The bittersweet ballad showcases the fragile, gut-wrenching moment when something precious fails to breathe and metaphorically enters a code blue, in the belief that it could be revived.

Leonie Persch is an independent artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur who has had an abundant career in Berlin as a writer and vocalist in the European EDM scene under the stage names Bonny Lauren and EVIE. Her achievements led her to collaborate with major labels, publishing deals, and a sync deal with Disney US, with an accumulation of 70 million streams worldwide. Wanting to release music under her real name and reclaim her identity, she has moved to Los Angeles to pursue her fully artistic career. Alongside her journey as a musician, Persch has founded Indie Table LA, a networking event organization for independent creatives in the music industry. Taking a pop approach, her songwriting tackles themes of solitude, independence, intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, and finding her inner voice. She was recently nominated for three Hollywood Independent Music Awards: “Best Original Recording” for “Code Blue,” “Best Original Song” for “Blindfolded,” and “Best Female Vocal.”
