Liz Barak

Liz Barak’s artistic goals are “to tell stories through music and help reach a much need equality in the music business for women.” To achieve those goals she has created the Liz Barak’s Project. The project began with a book called Ballad to the North Wind that Barak wrote. It is now followed up by an album of the same name featuring collaborations with women around the globe on cover songs. All participants in the album have agreed to donate the revenues to fight global warming. One track on the album is Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” featuring G’emma.
