MOTHER MARY: GREATEST HITS

Today, A24 Music releases the official motion picture soundtrack for David Lowery’s highly anticipated film Mother Mary. 

Mother Mary: Greatest Hits includes the previously released singles “Burial” and “My Mouth Is Lonely For You.”

Mother Mary: Greatest Hits also features original songs written and produced by 13-time GRAMMY winner Jack Antonoff and the artist Charli xcx.

Also out today is the film’s original score by Daniel Hart.

On Tuesday night, A24 music hosted a listening event at New York’s St. Paul’s church in collaboration with Spotify and Ambient Church. The films’ stars Anne Hathaway and FKA twigs were joined by writer/director David Lowery for a Q&A moderated by Variety’s Jem Aswad.

Mother Mary, a thrilling psychosexual pop opera also stars Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, Kaia Gerber, and FKA twigs. The film, written and directed by David Lowery, follows Mother Mary as long-buried wounds rise to the surface when she reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer, Sam Anselm (Michaela Coel), on the eve of her comeback performance. The A24 film will be released in select theatres on April 17th and will be nationwide on April 24th.
