ULTRA SUNN – Flirt With Death
Belgium-based underground phenomenon UTLRA SUNN release their new single “Flirt With Death” via Artoffact Records– a deeply personal track that speaks to a dark period in frontman Sam’s life and reflects on how it shifted the perceptions of others causing them to treat him as a burden.
“Flirt With Death” which asks people to look at each other the way they truly are and reassess how they see suffering: not as sign of weakness, but instead as a sign of resilience and immense strength.
Arriving shortly before the first North American leg of their largest headline tour to date, “Flirt With Death” follows on the heels of the brand-new live video for their hit single “Keep Your Eyes Peeled.”
Released last week as a special thank you to their fans for making the song a turning point in their history, the visual is a first look at their world-class stage artistry which never fails to unite club kids, punks, ravers, and romantics under the same strobe lights.
To coincide with the release of the new visual, ULTRA SUNN have also unveiled the first vinyl pressing of their Keep Your Eyes Peeled: The 3 EPs collection, available now via Bandcamp.
Pressed on black vinyl for maximum depth and intensity, the 10-track anthology offers a curated, high-voltage journey through ULTRA SUNN’s most defining early work – including its breakout title track and the dancefloor-focused energy of “Night Is Mine” and “Kill Your Idols” – and distills the essence of their pre-2024 EPs into a singular sonic manifesto and relentless analog experience.
Currently bringing their acclaimed sophomore album The Beast In You to crowds across Europe, ULTRA SUNN are gearing up for the first North American leg of their The Beast In You Tour where everyone is celebrated, seen, and loved for who they are and every show is transformed into a ritual: bodies moving as one in the shadows, in a communion of lights, voices, and vulnerability. Kicking off in Vancouver, Canada on April 2, ULTRA SUNN and their incomparable live show will travel coast to coast through major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and many more.
