Originally released in 2007 on her debut, 3X RIAA Platinum album Coco, “Realize” became an anthem of unspoken love and emotional vulnerability. Now, nearly two decades later, Caillat revisits the track alongside Tenpenny, whose signature soulful vocals and country charm bring a compelling new dynamic to the timeless ballad.

Written by Colbie Caillat, Jason Reeves, and original producer Mikal Blue, “Realize” has earned over 2B streams, downloads and spins in the US and landed in the Top 10 on three different Billboard charts.

The 2025 version blends Caillat’s signature acoustic warmth with modern country-pop production, offering a heartfelt yet refreshed take on the fan-favorite. The new track was produced by Jimmy Robbins and Eric Arjes.
