RACHEL CHINOURIRI ft SOMBR – All I Ever Asked
Today, Rachel Chinouriri releases a new version of her standout single “All I Ever Asked” with New York born, LA based artist Sombr.
Through its sparkling indie pop, the song has become an anthem for knowing your self-worth, with Rachel asking for the most basic love and respect from a partner who cannot provide what she needs in a relationship.
On the collaboration, Rachel shares, “I have always loved ‘All I Ever Asked’ and the journey that it’s taken me on. Sombr has added such an amazing light and joy to the song and I’m so unbelievably excited for everyone to hear it. His tone, writing and style has always been so cool and I’m so happy he wanted to be a part of it.”
Sombr adds, “I was in a cafe on the Lower East Side when I first heard ‘All I Ever Asked’. It was like a ray of sunshine, and I loved it so much. Rachel is such an amazingly talented writer and performer, and I was so excited by the opportunity to be a part of this beautiful record. Big props to Rachel on her Brit noms, by the way! Let’s go!”
Today, Rachel announces her debut US headline tour, set to take place across May and June 2025, and includes her biggest shows to date in Los Angeles (Fonda Theatre), New York (Webster Hall) and culminates with an appearance at Bonnaroo Music + Arts Festival.
