Beren Olivia – She’ll Be Dancing

Rising British-American artist Beren Olivia burst onto the scene in 2020 with her infectious Alt-Pop songs. And with a keen sense of songwriting that blends melodic pop with indie influences, she has landed in a sweet spot between Halsey, Olivia Rodrigo and Holly Humberstone.  Today she shares a new single “She’ll Be Dancing,” and shares, “The one thing that will forever have me in awe is the fact that no matter the struggles we all face in our lives, no matter how tough it gets, we always find a way to power through and keep moving forward. With tears in our eyes, we keep dancing and I just think that’s amazing.”

Today’s single serves as another taste of the 22-year-old Beren’s forthcoming  EP If We’re Being Honest which is being released on May 17.

22-year-old Beren Olivia has made a name for herself as a rising talent to be reckoned with. A self-described “headphones kid”, growing up, she found music transported her into new worlds and helped her address thoughts and feelings she otherwise might not have. Combining her love of writing and poetry (“I’d be writing poems during chemistry class and getting sent to detention,” she laughs) and self-taught guitar skills inspired by Taylor Swift, she started putting together her own songs around the age of 16.
