Acclaimed songstress Whitney Whitney has announced her eagerly awaited sophomore EP, 1.2, which will be available everywhere on March 27 via Atlantic Records.

The EP includes the powerful “A Man Written By a Woman.”

Produced by RISC (Pink Pantheress, KATSEYE, Mimi Webb) and Noah Conrad (Chappell Roan, Conan Gray, ROLE MODEL), co-written with Cleo Tighe (Kehlani, ROSÉ, Charli xcx), and marked by an especially stunning vocal performance, the pop track has quickly resonated with fans within the first month of its release

Whitney has developed a signature visual style built around striking, hard-hitting one-take visualizers. She first introduced the concept with “Isabelle”, featuring a continuous, mysterious shot framed through glowing red windows.

She continues the cinematic thread with the breakout single “A Man Written By A Woman,” once again leaning into the tension and intimacy of a single uninterrupted take. And the visual storytelling doesn’t stop there—fans should keep an eye out for another one-take moment arriving with the fourth track of EP 1.2, “Tightrope Walker.”

Last year saw Whitney Whitney introduce her inventive and inimitable approach to pop with her acclaimed debut EP, 1.1. The project is highlighted by powerful singles such as “Touching You” and the emotive “Does The Narcissist Need A Kiss.”
