A stunning collection of songs spanning a diverse range of shimmery pop subgenres, Bloom In The Break is a testament to Chloe’s versatility, and to why the likes of pop-princess Kelly Clarkson have praised her as a “talented songwriter whose songs cut right to the heart.”

The album was preceded by lead single ‘I Stood My Ground’; a powerful and cinematic track which sees Chloe bare her heart, denouncing the cruelty of her counterpart in the fallout of a break-up and keeping her head held high through it all.

Now, this stunning demonstration of strength and conviction will fall into its place within the Chloe Stroll puzzle, complimented by the variety of themes and moods present across the rest of Bloom In The Break.

In the process of creating Bloom in the Break, Stroll wrote over 70 songs before narrowing them down to a deeply personal and reflective 12-track collection. Recorded across studios worldwide, she collaborated with the likes of Swagg R’Celious (H.E.R., Babyface) and Kevin Bard (Andy Grammer, Dan + Shay), alongside Grammy Award-winning producer Walter Afanasieff (renowned for work with Mariah Carey and Celine Dion).

The album reflects a full spectrum portrait of Stroll’s past experiences and how it helped her to get where she is now. Stroll hopes listeners will find the same comfort and healing in the album as she did while creating it. “I wanted people to be able to relate to it in their own ways, and in their own struggles,” she details. “Your problem is your problem, but when you’re standing up against a wall, we’re all facing that same wall. That was my North Star.”

Of the album’s title, she describes, “I pictured something beautiful—literally the most beautiful flower blooming through breaking glass. Because life’s obstacles create who we are, which is where beauty lies—in all our imperfections. It’s how we grow to become the people we are.”

Born and raised in Montreal, Chloe Stroll wrote her first song at seven years old. As a teenager she attended a Broadway boot camp but eventually turned her focus to other ventures including business and fashion. Music, however, has always remained close to her heart. She returned to her true passion full-time with the release of her debut single ‘Run’, which Popdust raved is “a sensational entry into the industry, Chloe’s melodic tone and crushing lyrics will have you begging for more.”

Last year found Stroll releasing several further singles, including ‘Thin Air’, ‘Water Over Sand’ and more. She performed 2023’s ‘Pedestal’ on The Kelly Clarkson Show. This song incorporates a range of raw emotions that many listeners can relate to due to past or current experiences.”
