Sycco – Home Is Where The Zorb Part 1

To celebrate the release of her new EP, Home is Where The Zorb Is (Part 1 out now via Future Classic; Part 2 drops 22 August), acclaimed, Naarm-based songwriter/producer Sycco aka Sash McLeod (author of hits such as ‘Dribble’ and ‘Ripple’) has announced a massive regional tour, bringing her kaleidoscopic sound to fans across the country this spring.

The run kicks off on Wednesday 10 September at Canberra’s Fun Time Pony and will see Sycco hit 13 stops, including intimate rooms and iconic venues in Wollongong, Fremantle, Castlemaine and Hobart.

The Home is Where The Zorb Is EP is the follow up to Sycco’s J Award winning, globally acclaimed debut LP Zorb. Continuing her work with LA producer Chrome Sparks, the EP layers psychedelic pop sensibilities with introspective lyricism and driving beats.
Sycco says:
“I wasn’t ready to let Zorb go. There is more to be said. The new songs represent all the different feelings in Zorb: regret and yearning (‘all in’), club-vibes (Monkey Madness remix), happy love (Joy on Overdrive) and over-thinking (In My Head).”
