Tyla – WWP

Grammy ®-winning global multi-platinum singer songwriter TYLA has reemerged with her first new project since her historic debut album.

The new bundle of songs, WWP, features the new singles “BLISS” and “IS IT,” and more brand-new music.

The four-track project features production from P. Prince and Sammy Soso along with a guest appearance by WizKid on “DYNAMITE.”

Following her homecoming shows in South Africa to end the year, the singer was adamant about returning to the studio. WWP is the first glimpse into those sessions, and its title is self-explanatory. With party-starters “BLISS” and “IS IT” already impacting everywhere from the charts to high-profile Coca-Cola marketing campaigns, TYLA adds to the jubilee “DYNAMITE” and the enticing “MR. MEDIA,” songs that invite the listener to the dance floor without sacrificing any of TYLA’s vocal valor.

“DYNAMITE,” TYLA’s new collaboration with fellow African star WizKid, is one of the most hotly-coveted linkups in recent memory. For months, TYLA has teased the song at her global appearances – most recently at an exclusive listening session in London. Across social media her audience has expressed its anticipation for the official release of the song, the origins of which can be traced back to 2022. “When I thought of doing a mixtape called ‘WWP,’ I went back to all my old demos and I remembered the Wiz one,” TYLA told her London audience in July. “And it was still good, like, after three years! I just told him, ‘Let’s finish it because I want to drop it’.”
