Housewife – You’ll Be Forgiven

Today, Toronto-duo Housewife announce the October 14th release of You’ll Be Forgiven, their new five song collection available via Hazel Street Records/The Orchard. Comprised of queer singer-songwriters Brighid Fry (she/they) and Pascale Padilla (they/she), Housewife are continually growing and evolving as artists, and today debut their latest single ‘You’re Not the Worst’, co-written with Joe Memmel (COIN) and Gabe Simon (Dua Lipa, Lana Del Rey, COIN, mxmtoon) which they say is “one of the more direct and honest songs we’ve written.”

Of ‘You’re Not The Worst’, Housewife share, “It’s about undervaluing yourself and allowing people who are overbearing and arrogant to affect you emotionally. Why am I spending time with someone who doesn’t respect me or my time? Then finally working up the courage to cut them out of your life when you’ve had enough.”
